Overview
These mounting bases for ball plungers press straight into a prepared bore: the stepped body seats in the hole and the spring-loaded ball provides the detent at the mounting point. BCHA uses a stainless steel ball and BCHAJ uses a polyamide ball with a retaining ring. Sizes run from D1 7.5 mm to D1 30 mm.
Available Sizes and Options
Seven sizes from D1 7.5 mm to D1 30 mm (body D 9 - 32 mm). The specification sheet recommends a H7 tolerance for the press-fit hole (installation size). Custom sizes are quoted from your drawing under our OEM/ODM service.
